June 1 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on
Thursday:

    ** Canadian investor Brookfield  BAM.TO  said it had
acquired a controlling stake in Indian solar-panel maker

    ** Austrian real estate investor Rene Benko's Signa Group
announced it was selling the properties of furniture chain
Kika/Leiner to real estate firm Supernova Invest, saying it was

    ** Fujitsu Ltd's  6702.T  controlling stake in Shinko
Electric Industries Co  6967.T  has attracted interests from
Apollo Global Management Inc  APO.N  and Bain Capital as
potential bidders, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.

    ** Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP  BIP.N  and
DigitalBridge Group Inc  DBRG.N  are battling it out in the race
to acquire Compass Datacenters LLC for more than $5.5 billion,
including debt, according to people familiar with the matter.

    ** The owners of All3Media Ltd  ALLMD.UL , Britain's largest
independent TV production company, are exploring options that
include cashing out on their joint venture in a deal worth more
than 1 billion pounds ($1.26 billion), three people familiar
